The aim of education should be to teach us rather how to think, than what to think and to improve our minds, so as to enable us to think for ourselves that what we should become in our life. This may be a ‘Science of Being’ where you have to practice all learnt concept in the context of practical implementation in real life. To achieve our vision, we focus towards achieving five main goals.

To encourage all round development of the individual covering intellectual, physical, emotional, spiritual and moral domains
To provide opportunities for individuals to develop their own special strengths and abilities
To provide need based education such that every child’s intellectual and development needs are met through appropriate curriculum and learning strategy
To increase the participation of all stake holders such as parents and community in the educational process
To produce technologically literate citizens who can contribute to the national development in the knowledge based technology era

As we have chosen the path to become a ‘Teacher’ we need to be first a ‘Good Thinker’ who always welcomes critical problems of students and solve them with great tolerant of ambiguity. we have to be sufficiently self critic, reflective and deliberate to search extensively new dimension of practical learning. We must develop a strong belief in the values of judiciousness and practice the same in our life as it is required utmost for a teacher.
